- Liquid Levels:
- Check regularly and monitor evaporation over time. If high evaporation rates are apparent under normal operating conditions, the dewar may be losing its vacuum.
- The following liquid level measurement chart shows volume of liquid nitrogen vs. measured depth. These values are approximate and are based on a standard conditions.

Accessories
- 5-Wheel Roller Bases - Roller Bases with ball-bearing swivel casters provide convenience and portability within a working area where frequent container movement is necessary or desirable.
- LN2 Withdrawal Device - Use only Liquid Withdrawal Devices designated specifically for these units. They employ pressure relief protection that is properly designed for the inner vessel of these dewars. An improper withdrawal device may cause the unit to rupture and cause personal injury.
- Replacement Cap/Necktube Core - Use only the necktube core provided with this unit or the manufacturer's recommended replacement part. A tight fitting plug or stopper will cause a pressure increase in the dewar that may damage the container and/or cause personal injury.
- Liquid Level Measuring Stick - The liquid level in the dewar can be determined by measuring with a dipstick. Insert the dipstick straight into the container so that it always rests on the bottom of the unit. After 5 or 10 seconds, withdraw the dipstick and wave it back and forth in the air. A frosted section will form representing the depth of liquid in the container.
- LN2 Dipper
- Tipping Stand for LD25.
